Undergraduate Catalog Updates

A standardized form has been created to serve as a quick-reference tool for annual catalog updates. Its purpose is to provide a consistent format for communicating changes to academic programs, course offerings, descriptions, credit hours, and more to college and university partners. Please note that official online catalogs will remain the primary source of current information for determining transfer equivalencies and developing transfer guides.

This form is not intended to guarantee course transferability. Institutions should carefully review all prerequisite and co-requisite requirements associated with any new or revised courses listed on the form. The form is also accessible via the Dashboard under the Document Repository. Once completed, institutions should upload the updated form to the Document Repository for submission.
